Pineapple Cooler
Ingredients:
- Fresh lemon grass
1 piece
- Hazelnut syrup
10 ml
- Pineapple nectar
120 ml
- Pineapple wheel

- Lemongrass

Instructions:
In a shaker muddle the lemongrass. Add the remaining ingredients and ice, shake vigorously and double strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with pineapple wheel and lemongrass.
