Startup event of Aalifard University is a pioneer in the path of creativity and innovation
Innovation start-up event was held in the field of production of drink, pastilles, sweets, chocolates, packaging, advertising and distribution in the food industry by the efforts of Aalifard University of Applied Sciences and with the participation of Aalifard, Shiva, Sayeh Saman, Media, Roxan and Dara companies. It was held on the 23rd and 24th of Mehr, 1402, in the conference hall of Tehran Olympic Hotel.
This event was followed by the presentation of the idea of 24 entrepreneurs and idea owners in two days, who had succeeded in attracting the judges’’ opinions in the pre-event stage.
These ideas include: improving the recycling system and returning the wastewater to the environmental cycle, sufficient production of ultra-beneficial mixes with 32 times absorption, extraction of usable minerals from the skin of fruits, citrus fruits and vegetables, recycling of pulp of all kinds of fruits, as well as the production of pastilles and chocolates with different flavors and technologies. Also environmentally friendly green packaging, microcrystalline extraction were among these ideas.
At the beginning of this ceremony, Dr. Toraj Zeh Forosh, the president of Aalifard University of Applied Sciences, announced that “hereafter all Aalifard’s accelerative events will be held on respect and glorification of Haj Hussain Alizad, the founder of Aalifard University of Applied Sciences”, also he expressed his hope that the events will be held continuously. These events are a positive step towards the excellence of research in the country and support young researchers financially and intellectually.
5 year preview of Aalifard University of Applied Sciences, a brilliant way to advance the needs of society
Dr. Zeh Forosh; The honorable president of Aalifard University of Applied Sciences noted: We at the University of Applied Sciences and the collections located in the Sun H Industrial Group are always trying to put science learning and increasing people’s skills at the forefront of our various actions and empower people in their fields of interest.
The president of Aalifard University of Applied Sciences announced that the establishment of Aalifard Research Institute is targeted in the 5-year vision of this university, and stated: In view of this goal, in the first step, we are trying to strengthen the quality of education and to distance ourselves from the merely quantitative education that has become the bane of today’s science. Let’s do research to achieve the main mission of this university based on this policy, which is skill development.
Dr. Zeh Forosh considered “research” to be one of the most important needs of the country to increase the power and independence of any country and said: “Alifard University of Applied Sciences and Sunich Industrial Group is based on the belief that today not only science and skill training should be at the forefront of our work. Let’s say that it is necessary to deal with the production of science and new skills training methods with a new approach. In this regard, based on the foresight of the board of directors, a 5-year vision has been drawn to strengthen the research approach of this university, and we hope to achieve this goal by taking 3 basic steps.
New ideas for traditional industry
Mr. Farhad Nakhai, CEO of Media Advertising Agency and Marketing Manager of Aalifard Company, who was also present as an idea judge, said about this event: Aalifard Applied Science Center is trying to collect creative startup ideas in events and select the best ones for investment and introduce to companies. Aalifard applied scientific center assigned two of these events to the topic of the food industry.
In the third event that was held in these two days, other companies of Sunich Group, including Media Advertising Agency, announced their readiness and participated in it. In this event, various ideas in the field of design, packaging and advertising were also presented. Sunich Group will be looking for creative and practical ideas in collaboration with Aalifard Applied Science Center, and we welcome any ideas that can be implemented in Sunich Group.
Of course, until today, many ideas have entered the group after being identified and have been invested in them. Some of these ideas are in the field of digital and technology, which have been absorbed by the group and are being operationalized. Some of the proposed ideas are interesting and cover the gaps in the food industry well. In fact, it can be said: new ideas are a point of intersection with traditional industry and help to increase the productivity of organizations.
