Alifard Company (Sunich), selected as the winner of the 4th National Food Health Festival
The 4th National Food Health Festival was held on 9th Bahman, 1402 (January, 29, 2024), with the presence of officials, producers, owners of leading food industry brands, and university professors at the Shahid Beheshti University International Convention Hall.
The festival, which was held with the presence of health sector officials and the Food Industry Association, like previous years, commended Aliferd Company for producing health-oriented products under the Sunich brand, awarding the company the National Food Health Festival trophy. Sunich has been a pioneer in producing 100% juice products without added sugar or sweeteners and without using concentrates, leading the way in health-oriented products in the food and beverage industry. The use of pasteurization in production has resulted in a high shelf life while maintaining the quality of Aliferd's products.
The National Food Health Festival, which started in 2019 with the aim of encouraging producers to produce healthy products with the approach of "improving the level of food health" and the vision of "achieving a healthy and dynamic society through the improvement of the food industry's health system and with the perspective of using healthy food products," aims to identify leading brands in research, development, and enhancement of food product health and to introduce the latest health-oriented products. The main activities of the festival include organizing exhibitions to introduce the latest achievements of the food industry in the field of health, with an emphasis on producing highly beneficial, profitable, or reducing harmful effects, and providing information to improve the health level of society.
Aliferd Company has always made continuous and constant monitoring in the process of research and development of health-oriented products its priority and has managed to receive the golden trophy of this festival, like in previous years. This year, Dr. Farinoush Lazar represented Aliferd Company at the ceremony.
